Edible Garden Company’s market garden in Newark Nottinghamshire

Welcome to The Edible Garden Company and thanks for visiting our website. This is a very exciting time for us, having recently relocated from Newark, Nottinghamshire, where we set up and ran our first ever market garden. We now live and work right between the villages of Dryslwyn and Llanfynydd in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside.

We are dedicated to producing the very best organically grown seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs, which we sell directly to our customers as well as to local pubs and restaurants.

We are passionate about land regeneration, sustainability and increasing biodiversity, which is why we use a no-dig and permaculture approach to growing our delicious fruit and veg. We are also excited to have just taken on our first-ever flock of Llanwenog sheep – we even have a sheepdog called Tegwen, who has just started her training with Timmy at Tawelfan.

Another of our passions is teaching, and we love to pass on the knowledge and skills we’ve learned over the years through our training courses and by offering volunteer opportunities.
